    What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

    We are currently working on automated shipping for the website. Currently you place the order and I will invoice from Xero with the courier charges.

    Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

    We are expanding slowly and credit card payment will be added in the future. Currently most people prefer to make an online transfer to pay for invoices..

    How long will delivery take?

    Delivery depends on your location. We try to get the goods sent out the following day from receiving the order or straight after payment is received. If you require an item urgently les us know!

    Can I pick up goods?

    Yes. Pick up is from 37 Sylvan Park Avenue, Milford. You will need to arrange a time or the goods can be left outside the front door. There are cameras on the property so your goods will be safe.

    What exactly happens after ordering?

    Once I receive your order I check to see that the items are in stock. The stock on the website is live but unfortunately stock holding figures can occasionally be incorrect. When I send the invoice from Xero you can be assured your item is in stock and will be ready to collect or .

    Can I arrange the goods to be delivered to a sailing event?

    If we are going to an event then I can take the goods there. Our children are still sailing most of the big events and then delivery is easy as we now have a van.

    We opperate from a storage facility and our home in Milford. If you wish to pick an item up please contact Neil on 021 724577 to ensure someone is home. WetnWindy can opperate most hours so pick up the phone and make a time!
